Canceling your membership
Open the Membership and billing page and choose Cancel subscription. The subscription is scheduled to stop at the end of the current paid period and the page shows the date access ends.
Access after cancellation
Paid features remain available until the end of the paid billing period. After that date the account returns to limited access and no further charges are made.
Refunds
Monthly charges are not prorated or refunded for partial months. If a renewal charge is duplicated or charged in error, contact support from the email address on the subscription and the charge will be reviewed.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is marked past due and a short grace period applies while the payment method is updated. If payment is not resolved, paid access ends.
