Information we hold

We hold your account details (name, email, role), subscription and billing status, and the property research records you create or save in the app.

Card details are never stored in the ParceLever database. Payment information is collected and processed by the payment provider.

How information is used

Account and billing data are used to operate your membership, process renewals, and provide support. Research data is used to run the platform features you use, including discovery sweeps, reports, and documents.

Data sources and third parties

Research requests may be sent to government websites and authorized data sources. Queries are limited to what the requested search needs. Billing is handled by the connected Stripe account.

Retention and access

Subscription records are retained while your membership is active and afterward as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can request access to, or deletion of, your account data by contacting the operator through the Contact page.
