Membership

ParceLever Professional is a recurring subscription of $99 per month, billed monthly in advance through the payment provider. The subscription renews automatically each month until it is canceled.

Renewal and cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Membership and billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until that date and no further charges are made.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ParceLever for legitimate property research and acquisition activity, and to respect the terms, rate limits, and access rules of the government sources the platform reads. Automated scraping, resale of data, or attempts to bypass source restrictions are not permitted.

No guarantee of results

ParceLever does not guarantee that any record is accurate, complete, or current, and does not guarantee that any property is available for acquisition. All research must be independently verified before capital is committed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParceLever is not liable for losses arising from investment decisions, from reliance on public records, or from interruptions in source availability.
